Christine Becker

Director for Research, Carolinas HealthCare System

As the Director for Research, Dr. Christine Becker is responsible for the oversight of the Office of Clinical and Translational Research Department at Carolinas HealthCare System. She also is responsible for the operation of the Comparative Medicine Department at the James G. Cannon Research Center. Dr. Becker has 23 years of nursing and healthcare experience including administration, education, nurse consulting and various clinical positions. She is a diploma graduate nurse (BSN degree) and she holds an MBA with emphasis in Health Care Management, and a Ph.D. in nursing.
