Medical Science Instructor, Starla's Creative Teaching Tips

Starla Ewan, MS is in her 32nd year of teaching and currently instructs Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology, and Medical Microbiology courses at Byron Martin Advanced Technology Center in Lubbock, Texas. Starla's teaching strategies have increased student understanding of difficult material through the use of hands-on activities as she shares with teachers and medical personnel nationwide. Starla also works with New Year teacher mentorship programs to facilitate a successful transition into the teaching profession.
