Tena Cole

HSE teacher, Buncombe County Schools

Tena Cole joined the North Buncombe High School faculty as a health science instructor in 2014. She brings a wide scope of experience into her work as a health science educator from ICU, ER, and Post-Anesthesia Care to being the Director of Outpatient Surgery and Instructor of Emergency Training at Mission Health System. Mrs. Cole actively supports her school’s HOSA chapter and will celebrate her 30th anniversary as a registered nurse this year!
