Patrick J. Kaiser, Vice President of Technology and Project Development, joined College Foundation, Inc. in 2011. Pat is responsible for development of new projects and for information technology development and operations, including services provided through CFNC.org website. He previously served as Vice President of Student Services and Information Technology for Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (“VSAC”), for 25 years where he had broad responsibilities for programs, services and IT. Pat earned his BA from University of Portland, an MA from Loyola Chicago, and a Masters and certificate of advanced studies in Education Administration from Harvard
