Judy Woodson Bruhn serves as a Career Resource Specialist in the Labor and Economic Analysis Division of the North Carolina Department of Commerce. She arrived at this position after roles as a grade 6-13 educator, college administrator and counselor, School-to-Work consultant, and director of North Carolina’s Career Resource Network (SOICC). Her current occupational focus is to translate workforce and educational data into accessible career planning and job search information for youth and adults and for the education and workforce development professionals who assist them. Judy has a master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education (minoring in Higher Education Administration) from North Carolina State University and is a Global Career Development Facilitator candidate.
